The Opportunity\nThis role is responsible for ensuring that the building, building systems, production equipment and exterior grounds are maintained at a high level of reliability and safe operating condition. The main areas of focus include meeting production requirements, station set up, health & safety and quality control.

Responsibilities
\n
\n
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained on a regular schedule and that down time is minimum to null.
\n
- Ensure the assembling processes and procedures are being followed and quality standards and timelines are being met.
\n
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program for facilities and machinery
\n
- Maintenance and repair of production equipment, including but not limited to CNC machines, welders, paint line, overhead cranes, air compressors and forklifts
\n
- Assemble and install machines then testing them to make sure they are working correctly
\n
- Assist with the layout and placement of equipment and machinery in factory settings to ensure efficiency.
\n
- Identify and repair problematic parts of a machine by troubleshooting, making temporary repairs, or installing new parts
\n
- Coordination of environmental systems operations including heating, ventilation and air conditioning
\n
- Oversee all yard maintenance and upkeep
\n
- Timely and accurate completion of documentation for completed work, repairs and preventative maintenance
\n
- Regular communication with Management and other departments to assist in continuous equipment improvement
\n
- Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies
\n
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
- Previous experience working with industrial maintenance is considered a strong asset
\n
- 1-3 years' progressive experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
\n
- Mechanical aptitude in dealing with wrenches, hammers, forklifts, and other similar tools
\n
- Working knowledge of mechanical technical skills to allow them to effectively read documents such as specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints
\n
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to solve machine issues
\n
- Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
