Job Overview
Reporting to the Vice-President as the CNC Operator you are responsible operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision cabinet parts based on specification while you work in a safe manner and adhere to Qualico’s Safety Program.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision cabinet parts based on specifications.
- Loading specified materials required for programs and cabinets to be produced.
- Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and accuracy.
- Ensuring parts cut for cabinets are labeled appropriately and organized on shop carts.
- Operating forklift for moving unfinished and finished materials.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintaining an organized and safe work environment, adhering to Qualico’s Safety Program and relevant safety regulations. Reporting safety violations when necessary.

Essential Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience using CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Physically able to kneel and crouch as well as lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate as a CNC Machinist Technician is preferred.

Work Conditions
You primarily work on site during regular business hours. Evening shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm. Work has exposure to noise from equipment/machinery and occupational hazards as well as dealing with inclement weather and dust. Overtime may occasionally be required.
