About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Coordinator, Human Resources will provide support in the coordination and administration of human resources (HR) activities for the Business Services group.
This is an chance for an HR skilled with strong interpersonal skills to join a energetic team in a growth-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities Support HR managers with talent management processes and initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, talent reviews, performance management, compensation planning, training and development.
Manage the processes associated with employee onboarding and offboarding, including onboarding logistics, orientation meetings and exit interviews.
Support with the annual Performance and Compensation Management processes.
Work closely with the HR Managers to provide support as needed on confidential human resources matters and special projects.
Prepare HR documentation including promotion/transfer letters, performance management documentation, compensation adjustments, HR communications, organizational charts, etc.
Produce and analyze dashboards and reports from the Human Resources Information System (HRIS
