Required Experience

endprioritizing, sourcing, interviewing, and closingwhile meeting stakeholder expectations. A university degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience with a combination of Corporate and Agency recruitment experience preferred; Ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to senior positions; Proven skills in strategic recruitment and a clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process; Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; Expert in balancing multiple and shifting priorities; Personal flexibility and comfort in handling change with little notice; Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve; Strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Highly advanced knowledge of social media sites, and online sourcing tools including Linked
In Recruiter; Experience executing employer brand and recruitment marketing projects that support a companys EVP; Exposure to behavioral based interview techniques; Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
French would be considered an asset.
Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfields identity.
This position requires the employee to be in office for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
