Cam|Industrial is looking for an experienced Field Service Lead to spearhead our growing operations in the Greater Vancouver Area. The right candidate will not only work hands-on in the field at our customer sites but will also play a key role in sales and customer relations. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who can work independently while delivering high-quality results.
This role, for the right candidate, is expected to evolve into a predominantly leadership position, mentoring and guiding other field staff as our team continues to grow.
We are looking for a candidate with progressive experience installing warehouse storage systems including Pallet Racking, Shelving, Automated Storage Systems as well as experience performing maintenance on warehouse equipment such as docks, doors, pallet wrappers, conveyors, etc.
This position will report to our Field Operations Manager located in Calgary, with opportunities to lead field projects, supervise and mentor teams, and drive operational efficiency in the Vancouver region.

Qualifications
· Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
· Commitment and proven record to work safely
· Ability to read blueprints and follow blueprints
· Strong communication skills; proficient in English verbal and written
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Understanding and dedication to customer service excellence
· Attention to detail
· Willingness to travel
· Valid drivers license
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Construction of material handling and storage systems and products.
o Pallet racking structures
o Mezzanines and work platforms
o Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
o Shelving systems
o Conveyors
o Packaging lines and equipment
· Assist and work with the design, engineering, project management, and sales teams
o Client communications
o Site assessments
o Project planning and costing
o Constructability reviews
o Vendor communications
· Mentor and develop other works
· Perform sales calls and develop new business opportunities
· Complete required paperwork promptly and accurately
o Safety
o Field reports
· Complete training as required
· Manage company vehicle and tools
· Operate various equipment (forklifts, telehandlers…)
· Operate various power tools specific to the job
