We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with customers as well as team members and is self-motivated to help carry the service department to success.
You will be:
working closely with our mechanics and parts department
dispatching jobs to our technicians
helping our customers both on the phone and at the counter
answering service phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
preparing estimates for customers
explaining to customers the repairs required
Required Skills/Experience
5+ years’ experience in the recreational sports industry
Capable of meeting physical demands
Knowledge of quoting repair options
Robust mechanical aptitude with the desire to learn, to support and direct the technical questions
Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
Forklift experience
