identify.\nNature & Scope\nWe are currently seeking to hire four (4) rotational (6 weeks on, 6 weeks off) permanent Wildlife Monitors to support crews working in outdoor remote environments by ensuring the safety of personnel and minimizing wildlife risks.

Located at our remote northern radar sites in Nunavut, this position will be responsible to assess wildlife risks, implement safety measures to prevent dangerous encounters, and help protect the NWS teams working outside in Canada’s unique Arctic environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in wilderness safety, wildlife deterrent handling, and Arctic operations.

This position is covered under the provision of the collective agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.) Local 2228.
