Overview
Betz Pools Limited is launching an ambitious franchise expansion across Ontario, with plans to scale nationally and into the United States. We are seeking a Vice President of Franchise Development to build and lead this growth strategy.
Franchise Concepts
Retail Pool Supply Hubs serving homeowners, contractors, and DIY customers.
White Glove Weekly Pool Maintenance territories across Ontario.
Responsibilities
Lead franchise strategy and expansion roadmap
• Recruit and onboard franchise partners
• Work with commercial real estate brokers and REITs
• Coordinate with franchise lawyers on documentation
• Develop marketing, trade show, and investor materials
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations
• Report directly to the COO
Qualifications
10+ years in franchise development
• Experience scaling franchise systems
• Robust real estate and legal coordination experience
• Experience with franchise marketing and recruitment
Compensation & Advantages
Base Salary: $175,000
• Commission tied to franchise development
