Qualifications And Skill Requirements A diploma or degree in Mining Engineering, Mining Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent operational experience in underground mining leadership roles will also be considered. Minimum 8

10 years of experience in underground mining, including supervisory or operational leadership roles. Solid understanding of surface/underground mining and mining process, and related training requirements.

Supervisory Common

Core for Underground Hard Rock Mining is considered an asset.
\n
Knowledgeable in Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Mines and Mining Plants.
\n
Extensive knowledge and relevant work experience in underground mining.
\n
Capable of learning and adapting to new equipment and software.
\n
Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
\n
