Job Summary
\nThe Training Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that SkyCare’s flight operations team maintains the highest levels of safety, compliance, and professional development. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of pilot training—initial, recurrent, and ground school—while maintaining meticulous training records and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.\n
Working closely with the Chief Pilot, Quality Assurance Coordinator, and Operations leadership, the Training Coordinator acts as the central point of contact for scheduling, records management, and training logistics. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a structured yet fast‑paced aviation environment.
