Required Experience

5 years of surveying experience working on heavy civil earthworks pro
Experience using Trimble Geosystems Equipment, other brands will be considered.
Must possess effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem

making abilities
Proficient with setting up base stations, survey equipment, and completing civil survey work
Must be skilled in the unsupervised use of RTK GPS and Total Station systems including equipment setup and problem resolution
Experience with operating drones to capture and analyze survey data is considered an asset
Ability and willingness to split time between office and field
Ability to drive in congested high traffic mining and construction areas
Ability to walk in similar congested/high traffic construction areas as well as more remote areas on site (uneven footing is commonplace)Ability to frequently lift/carry survey gear (typically less than 20kgs)Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
