tier suppliers through requirements, quality notes and statements of work.* Interpret these requirements to ensure supply base both understands and complies with these quality requirements.* Establish and implement supplier performance metrics including inspection plans, testing and validation of components.* Monitor trends in supplier performance and initiate projects to improve quality, cost and delivery.* Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean tools such as RTX Core.* Work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, Mission Assurance and Supply chain to meet or exceed product quality through the entire supply chain.* Identify and lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS) activities related to supplier quality issues to prevent recurrence of defects and quality issues.* Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, audits and compliance documentation.* Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS). Track and report on audit findings and work with suppliers to close gaps.**Qualifications we are looking for:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related technical discipline preferred.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading quality initiatives in a manufacturing or operational environment.* Experience with Quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485, or equivalent.* Strong statistical and analytical skills and a data
