Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice to the UBCM Executive Committee
• Implement advocacy and outreach programs for local governments
• Manage funding programs and member benefit services
• Engage with diverse stakeholders across British Columbia
• Oversee operational priorities and staff performance
Requirements:
• Experience in senior roles within municipal/provincial governments
• Background in membership associations or advocacy work
