Key Responsibilities:
Scrape, wash and sanitize dishes, kitchen utensils, and larger kitchen equipment within set deadlines.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, including floors, tables, and equipment.
Assist with opening and closing duties in the kitchen.
Remove and properly dispose of garbage and recycling.
Organize and prepare dishware for events and functions.
Perform sweeping, mopping, and deep cleaning tasks as required.
Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a hygienic work setting.
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
Attend training sessions and comply with company policies, as outlined in the team member handbook.
