Required Experience

5 years of experience in corporate sustainability, environmental strategy, ESG analytics, or related roles, with demonstrated hands‐on contribution to environmental programs
• Bachelor's degree in relevant STEM discipline or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
• Working knowledge of environmental sustainability frameworks and disclosure or regulatory standards such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB, CDP, GRI, Science Based Targets initiative, or similar.
• Exposure to or experience with circularity, resource efficiency, materials management, biodiversity, or nature‐related sustainability topics, including development or application of measurement approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets, assessments, or technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience contributing to cross‐functional initiatives or project‐based workstreams, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‐paced workplace.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders through clear written materials, documentation, and presentations.
