• 5+ années d’expérience en exploitation d’immeubles multirésidentiels ou dans un domaine similaire
• Solide expertise pratique en CVAC, plomberie, électricité et systèmes de sécurité
• Expérience démontrée en gestion de fournisseurs et de programmes d’entretien
• Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et organisation
• Maîtrise de Yardi ou d’un GMAO similaire, avec connaissance des systèmes BAS/BMS
