Position Details

Employment Type: A permanent position; requires applicant to be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally entitled to work in Canada for 12 months or greater. This position does not include an LMIA

Hours: shift tools for all areas, lead informative shift huddles, motivate the team throughout the shift, monitor performance, and take any corrective action needed to meet the guest demand. The Shift Supervisor will ensure the team is meeting McDonald's operational standards while monitoring safety, security, and profitability in all areas of the restaurant. Shift Supervisors are responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
Salary $20.60 per hour. Full time would include 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week, versatile shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and may include overnights. 2 flexible days off. Part time to be negotiated upon hire to ensure job duties are available within available hours.
Work schedules include shifts to a maximum of 8.5 hours of work and 30 minutes of break. Depending on the business operation, these shifts will vary from early morning, afternoon, evening, and/or overnight.
