You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external brokers to ensure timely fund issuance and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage a book of claims throughout Canada
• Investigate claims through communication with insureds and counsel
• Review liability exposure based on case analysis reports
• Attend mediations and settlement meetings as required
• Provide recommendations to enhance claims processes
Requirements:

8 years of claims experience in relevant areas
• Solid negotiation and settlement skills
• Excellent communication and time management capabilities
• Knowledge of litigation principles in Tort Provinces
• CIP, FCIP, or CRM certification preferred
