You will work closely with finance teams, controllers, and executive stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver ERP solutions — primarily within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related ecosystems.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has a robust accounting foundation
\n
Understands financial reporting, controls, and audit processes
\n
Enjoys improving systems and optimizing workflows
\n
Can bridge the gap between finance and technical teams Responsibilities
\n
Lead discovery sessions and requirement workshops
\n
Analyze accounting and financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, inventory, job costing)
\n
Translate business needs into functional specifications
\n
Configure and validate ERP finance modules
\n
Support UAT, training, and go

Advise clients on best practices, internal controls, and process optimization

Collaborate with developers and technical consultants Qualifications

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Robust understanding of financial statements, month
