day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Train, schedule, and supervise retail staff
Provide exceptional customer service to educators, daycare providers, and families
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering educational materials, classroom supplies, and childcare essentials
Ensure accurate merchandising and attractive product displays tailored to seasonal and educational needs
Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports
Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards
Build relationships with local schools, daycare centres, and community organizations
Qualifications:
3+ years of retail management experience (experience in early childhood education, day care & school products, educational or specialty retail preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:
North York, ON M2H 2E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
