Caron equipment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Civil/Mining Project Manager to lead and manage our teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, team management, safety compliance, quality control, risk management, contract management, environmental compliance, communication and reporting and problem solving. The Project manager will support our team of Project Managers at CoteMine near Gogama, ON on a 14 day in/14 day out rotation with the potential of 7 day in/7 day out. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting. Lead and supervise project teams. Ensure all safety regulations and requirements are met on the job site and promote a culture of safety among project team members. Oversee the quality of work on the project site to ensure that all work is done to the required standard and specifications. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Coordinate and lead cross

functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to the client and management team. Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules during construction. Continuously evaluate the workplace for safety & environmental concerns and ensure behavioral safety initiatives are performed to code. Build and maintain relationships and manage clients. Identify and address issues and challenges that arise during the course of the project, and find creative and effective solutions to keep the project on track. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills.
