Qualifications
· 2–5 years’ experience in residential construction coordination or assistant site supervision.
· Proficient in interpreting architectural and structural drawings/blueprints.
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and construction management software (Builder Trend, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
· Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
· First Aid/CPR and safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights) are assets.
Skills
· Experience in residential construction preferred.
· Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
