Production Associate – $20.50 per hour – Ingersoll, ON
Our client is seeking reliable and experienced Production Associates to support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced, safety‑sensitive production environment. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals with prior manufacturing or production experience who are comfortable with physical work and afternoon shifts.

Straight afternoon shift , 4 day work week
Wage: $19.50/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium ($20.50/hour total)
4% vacation pay
Paid weekly

Qualifications / Responsibilities:
Perform general production and manufacturing duties
Assist with assembly, packing, and material handling
Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments as required
Apply basic mechanical aptitude to daily tasks
Previous manufacturing or production experience required (3+ years preferred)
Forklift experience is an asset but not required
