Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and plans
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
• Lead communication, engagement, and training initiatives
• Manage change risks, resistance, and adoption metrics
• Coordinate execution of change plans across multiple projects
• Develop transition and sustainment strategies
• Drive measurable outcomes: high adoption, low resistance, minimal productivity loss
Mandatory Qualifications
✔ Prosci / ADKAR (or equivalent) certification
✔ 5+ years of OCM experience supporting large

scale technology implementations
✔ Strong knowledge of contemporary change management frameworks and practices
✔ Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, SK
Desired Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Certifications such as CCMP (Certified Change Management Qualified), CPHR, or IABC Accredited Business Communicator
