Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant des ventes internes – VMI pour soutenir nos clients industriels à travers la gestion de leur inventaire en usine (Vendor Managed Inventory) et l’assistance technique liée aux produits mécaniques et hydrauliques.
Le poste combine un rôle de représentant des ventes en succursale et une présence en usine ciblée (1 à 2 jours par semaine), principalement pour le remplissage et le suivi de casiers VMI ou de solution et de développement d’inventaire sur site.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un rôle de vente externe ni d’un poste axé sur la prospection, mais plutôt d’un rôle de support opérationnel et technique, orienté vers la résolution de problèmes, la continuité des opérations et la satisfaction client.
La personne titulaire agit comme référence technique de première ligne pour les clients, en collaboration avec les ventes externes et les équipes internes, afin d’identifier des solutions adaptées, des équivalents produits et des améliorations aux pratiques d’inventaire.
Profil recherché
Formation et expérience
- Expérience pertinente en distribution industrielle, en milieu manufacturier ou dans un rôle de support technique
- Connaissances pratiques en mécanique industrielle et/ou hydraulique
- DEP en mécanique industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe : un atout
- Expérience avec des systèmes d’inventaire, VMI ou environnements similaires : un atout
Compétences et aptitudes
- À l’aise de travailler partiellement sur un plancher d’usine
- Approche structurée, orientée service et résolution de problèmes
- Bonne capacité d’analyse et sens de l’organisation
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et systèmes de gestion
- Permis de conduire valide
