SUMMARY
The Mixer is responsible for efficiently operating various production machinery, ensuring the quality of baked products, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The role includes preparing dough, monitoring machinery, adjusting process variables, and ensuring adherence to recipes and safety standards.
