Experience supporting email security related services like anti

server environment.
Experience collecting requirements, analyzing, designing or implementing M365 products and services, either on

ā¢
service environment.
Experience configuring and maintaining Quest Exchange Migration Wizard.
Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams
Experience in user identity verification processes, and maintaining user IDs, passwords and accounts permission levels for business applications.
Experience migrating from an on premise Skype for Business environment to Microsoft Teams.
Experience performing access management activities to Microsoft 365 tenants.
Experience performing Information Management related activities like litigation hold, e

discovery, retention schedules for M365 services
Experience supporting bulk mail delivery solutions
Experience with AntiSpam Administration.
Experience with the creation and implementation of naming standards, usage standards and best practices.
Experience working in or for the public sector.
Experience working in the Government of Alberta Domain environment or an environment of equivalent size and complexity.
