Required Experience

road and heavy duty vehicles and equipment to meet preventative maintenance schedules, ensure proper function, and meet vehicle safety and quality goals
Assist with entering data in the mechanic’s maintenance and repair database (e.g., Web Fleet Assistant (WFA))
Communicates concerns or escalates unusually complex or persistent problems to the Foreman or other manager
Responds to service calls for equipment breakdowns when no supervisor is available to assist in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues arising from the Control Room, Dispatch, or Drivers
Education
Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics license
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clear driver’s abstract that meets Purolator’s insurance requirements. (Class 1 preferred).
Experience
3 year of experience as a Diesel Mechanic is required.
