MAIN FUNCTIONS
Ensure compliance with our standards.
Keeping within budgets.
Ensure control of deposits and petty cash.
Make or approve orders.
Handle customer complaints.
Be present at services during peak hours.
Maintains a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively and facilitating meetings withemployees.
Implement promotional activities.
Ensure the training of recent employees and the development of existing employees.
Maintain updates all manuals.
Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and occupational health and safety standards.
Apply preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
Establish staff needs or work schedules.
Ensure the recruitment and hiring of team member.
Evaluate team member.
Executes all other tasks requested by the franchisee.
REQUIREMENTS
Completion of Secondary V may be required, followed by 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business. Work schedules are generally fixed. Frequent work evenings, weekends and holidays. Office work outside peak hours.
