Required Experience

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards by participating in assessments and implementing improvement measures across manufacturing operations.
Hire, train, supervise, and performance manage technical and operational team members, providing coaching and development to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in Business or Science, or equivalent education, and applied work experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
Formal education with manufacturing concepts 5S, lean, JIT, Kaizen, ISO standards, etc.
Lean manufacturing experience is required; Six Sigma Master certification would be considered an asset.
Glove manufacturing experience required, including 7 years of progressive experience leading a team in a growing manufacturing non
