Lead and inspire a team of 6+ professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence in project delivery.

Drive business development strategies and build solid client relationships to expand WSP’s presence in land development and municipal engineering.
\n
Manage complex projects in transportation, land development, and municipal infrastructure from concept through construction support.
\n
Optimize resources and performance, ensuring financial and operational targets are met while promoting inter‑office collaboration.
\n
Champion career growth, implementing development plans and succession strategies to empower your team.
\n
Collaborate across disciplines, contributing to innovative, sustainable solutions for communities.
\n
Qualifications
\n
Degree in Engineering or Certificate in Engineering Technology with 15+ years of progressive consulting and/or municipal experience.
\n
8+ years of proven leadership in managing and mentoring technical teams.
\n
Expertise in transportation, land development, and municipal engineering design and construction, including water, sanitary, and stormwater systems.
\n
Strong knowledge of regional municipal clients and markets in Red Deer and surrounding areas.
\n
Demonstrated success in business development, client engagement, and proposal/report writing.
\n
Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
\n

Salary Range

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $122,900 – $162,800
\n
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
\n
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
\n
