ResponsibilitiesPEAK Pharma Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Sales Consultant – Cardiometabolic Health to support a sales/marketing program on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical organization in Canada, covering Red Deer, AB .
As a sales consultant within our client's Cardiometabolic team, you will enhance the customer experience by identifying essential needs and offering optimal pharmaceutical solutions.
You will develop deep knowledge of our health care system, disease state, product portfolio and therapeutic options. You will identify and develop relationships with customers such as family physicians, specialists, and other health care professionals.
Using our client's network and resources, you will respond quickly and appropriately to customer concerns and will identify and offer multi-channel solutions that are the most meaningful to your customers. You will analyze and interpret territory data, trends, and develop and implement a detailed territory plan for your portfolio.

RequirementsPEAK is searching for a motivated, self-starter with a passion for ongoing learning. Ideally, this candidate has experience selling cardiometabolic health medications with physicians and allied healthcare professionals in the Red Deer, AB area.
Proven success in previous roles has come from creating exceptional customer experiences, demonstrating a high collaborative teamwork approach, and strong leadership. This candidate has experience that is derived from being trained with a needs-based customer interactive model and has demonstrated an ability to learn quickly.
The candidate must have strong iPad experience as the core of their daily activity.
Skills/Preferences
Pharmaceutical Sales experience (minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical selling experience)
Previous experience of working with specialists
Bachelor's Degree
Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships
A winning mindset, flexibility, and agility
Strong business acumen
Digital savvy
Ability to optimize use of business insights tools (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA, Tableau) to make valuable decisions about where to invest time and resources.
Proficiency in data analysis
Hospital and/or account sales experience
Recent recognition of leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and performance
Experience managing regional, national, and global thought leaders
Entrepreneurial mindset – you will be expected to manage your territory like it's your own business
Expected to get up to speed quickly.
Full PEAK Pharma Solutions compensation package which includes:
Competitive compensation based on experience ($90-$120K) plus an incentive structure
Allowances for territorial expenses including car allowance
~12-month contract with opportunity for renewal/extension
Dedicated training and support
