Essential Qualifications
· Technical training in related field with a minimum of 5 years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
· Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance and parts inventory management systems/programs
· Experience with industrial automation, including basic instrumentation, PLC, VFD, and HMI knowledge.
· Knowledge and experience with automated packaging machinery, bakery processing equipment and building automation systems (BAS).
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members, and influence others
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) and present ideas effectively at all levels and with all customers, internally and externally
· Critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
· Ability to perform required tasks safely, in a fast
