• Define technical requirements and oversee design execution
• Conduct design reviews on technical proposals and scopes
• Guide junior staff in producing 3D modeling drawings
• Support project scheduling and integration efforts
• Resolve design coordination issues with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Naval Architecture
• 5+ years in shipbuilding and production environments
• Proficient in CAD software and design documentation
• Extensive knowledge of marine outfitting design practices
• Experience with icebreakers and naval vessels is an asset
