Install blown insulation, batt & poly, and blanket insulation
Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
Compensation & Benefits
$30+/hour (based on experience)
Production bonuses (earn more based on performance)

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in attic insulation
Strong knowledge of air sealing, blown insulation, batt & poly
Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
Valid driver’s license (required)
Comfortable working in attics and physically demanding environments
Must be willing to travel across Ontario and stay out of town when required
Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
Roofing experience
Experience installing roof vents
Ability to complete minor roof repairs
Location
Shop based in Oshawa, ON
Work across the GTA and throughout Ontario
