Overview
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team, providing expert maintenance and repair services for a variety of heavy machinery and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with dealership equipment, including excavators, dozers, large rigid frame haul trucks, and all other support equipment, HVAC systems, and other industrial assets. This role requires a strong mechanical background, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and operation of heavy equipment. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently, supporting our ongoing operations and client satisfaction. We will assist with training the right Candidate with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in learning more and bettering themselves.
This is a position on site in the northern alberta oil sands region. position is FIFO and flights are supplied out of Calgary or Edmonton. Shift is 14/7 rotating days and nights.
Preference on mechanics wanting to have their own Corp and subcontract while running our service truck fully tooled up.
