Required Experience

secondary diploma in a related field of study (accounting, financial management, business, etc.), accounting, or financial management plus at least 3 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience (both lived and professional) will be considered. Additionally:

sufficiency and safety of Esquimalt Nation members by offering meaningful programs and services and working with our partners for mutually beneficial goals.
As permitted under Section 16 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, preference may be given to qualified Indigenous applicants (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) who meet the required education and experience and whose community connection and cultural knowledge support effective service to the Nation and its members.
The Esquimalt Nation administration office is located on Reserve land. As such, in accordance with Section 87 of the Indian Act, individuals who have Status under this act may be eligible for tax
