Job Summary:
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to deliver an outstanding and memorable experience for our customers choosing their first or next bike. You will help them choose the best bike for their lifestyle, wants, and needs, all while impressing them with your unmatched knowledge of the various motorcycle types and brand options. You will go above and beyond for your customer, guiding them through the sales process, keeping them updated, and maintaining a long-lasting relationship after the sale is done.

The job:
- Greet all customers with a smile and a friendly attitude
- Ensure the customer leaves Barnes Powersports with keys in their hands and sport bikes on their mind. Or our wide selection of power equipment.

The requirements:
- Be as passionate about succeeding as we are about the Power Sports industry
- Have more energy than 5 XL double-doubles from Timmy’s
- Experience is fantastic, but not necessary. If you’re willing to put in the work for your success, so are we

Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hour shifts
Wage: Commission + Bonuses!
