Key Responsibilities
- Support field exploration and drill programs, including fieldwork at the Bonito Project in New Mexico
- Conduct core logging, sampling, and geological data collection during drill programs
- Utilize GIS and mapping software to compile, analyze, and interpret data
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations
- Coordinate and collaborate with external geological consultants
- Maintain accurate geological databases and documentation
- Assist with planning and execution of exploration campaigns
- Assist with permitting applications and regulatory documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field (required)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration or mining
- Experience with drill programs (core logging, sampling, rig management, etc.)
- Familiarity with U.S. permitting processes is a strong asset
- Proficiency in GIS and geological modeling/mapping software
- Solid technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team environment
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor field conditions
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in New Mexico
- Must be a U.S. citizen
