Manage percussive drilling operations as a Division Manager. Ensure operational success, oversee client interactions, and maintain safety protocols while leading a dedicated team in a remote setting.
This leadership role focuses on guiding the long hole drilling division, overseeing daily operations, safety adherence, and team development. You'll maintain communication channels between employees and clients while supervising compliance with all operational standards. Expect considerable travel for site oversight and inspections to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily drilling operations and performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in mining
• 7+ years in the Drilling Services industry

• Bilingual proficiency in French/English is a plus
