As a key player reporting to the Design Director, you will enhance the Design team's capabilities while ensuring compliance with procedures and best practices. With responsibilities spanning the design process, you'll manage multiple specialists and coordinate with stakeholders to solve design challenges gracefully while mitigating risks. Your leadership will ensure optimal efficiency and quality in deliverables throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design compliance and contractual obligations
• Manage direct reports effectively across multiple projects
• Ensure timely submission of design deliverables
• Conduct audits on design documents for quality assurance
• Facilitate collaboration between Design and Construction teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• 15+ years of construction experience, 5+ as Design Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office, BIM, Navisworks, and REVIT
• Robust negotiation skills with stakeholders
• Experience managing design build projects
