\nLtd. is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Service team.\n
About the role:
\nReporting to the Customer Service Manager, as the Customer Service Agent you will support both internal and external customers while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. Hours for this role are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday to Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST Friday.\n
Location:
\nBased out of our head office in Acton ON, this position is remote with onsite training required.\n
Responsibilities:

2–3 years of customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, or call center environment.
