Summary
'Crew Leader' position available in Erin, ON. Join our team to lead property maintenance projects, oversee operations, and ensure client satisfaction. This role is vital in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence in property maintenance.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crews to ensure project quality and safety.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and materials to meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry regulations.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Oversee the proper use of equipment and tools.
Maintain a high level of safety awareness on all job sites.
Assist in planning and executing landscape projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
Proven supervisory or leadership experience for min. 2 years in Property Maintenance.
Robust management and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of landscape materials, tools, and techniques is preferred.
A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
