Requirements*
Proven experience with accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation
Strong proficiency in accounting software such as Sage300, and other relevant platforms
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis techniques
Familiarity with account analysis, account reconciliation, and financial reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates
Prior experience supporting senior finance staff or controllers is advantageous
