level financials, provides timely reporting to management, supports property operations, and maintains compliance with leases, company policies, and accounting standards. In this role, you will:Property Accounting & Financial ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned commercial properties.Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and reconciliations.Complete monthly variance analyses and provide explanations to property and asset management teams. Rent & Lease AdministrationPrepare CAM (Common Area Maintenance) schedulePerform annual CAM and operating expense reconciliations and prepare tenant adjustment invoices.Ensure compliance with lease terms, including base rent, escalations, abatements, tenant improvements, and reimbursements. Capital & Operational TrackingTrack capital expenditures (CapEx), tenant improvement allowances, and leasing commissions.Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with property managers, leasing teams, and asset managers to support operational needs.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.2ā5+ years of property accounting experience; commercial real estate strongly preferred.Solid understanding of lease types (NNN, gross, modified) and CAM reconciliation.Proficiency with real estate accounting software (Yardi)Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.The masculine gender is used without discrimination and for the solepurpose of lightening the text.
