Graduate degree in telecommunications, computer science, information technology, information management, business management, or a related field

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Experience
\n
Minimum 8 years in the telecommunications sector (planning, procurement, deployment, operations)
\n
Minimum 5 years in senior management with P&L; accountability
\n
Minimum 5 years managing wholesale data carriers and/or ISP operations, including
\n
Oversight of $5M+ annual revenue
\n
Mission‑critical network deployment and operations with near‑100% uptime
\n
Demonstrated change management experience
\n
Robust experience with ISP operations and business management systems
\n
