Prepare and serve food, following safety standards

Operate kitchen equipment like ovens and dishwashers

Requirements

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid Food Protected Level 1 Certificate required
BC Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
Minimum 6 months experience in a kitchen
WHMIS 2015 Certificate and safety knowledge
