You will create the customer experience in store by developing a customer

first team mentality in all aspects of the store''s operation and program execution.
You will lead a team in all aspects of store retail operations including retail sales, customer service, inventory management, financial management, and merchandising.
You will oversee several functional areas for the store including social responsibility issues, facilities management, resource protection, health and safety, WSIB, and workplace accommodation.
About You! You have 2+ years of related retail experience in progressive roles such as Assistant/Store Manager.

You enjoy spending time on the store floor and encourage giving back in support of the community for the greater good.
You have experience embracing new initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
Your skills span customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, and retail sales.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A college diploma, certificate or university degree in business or retail management is a bonus.
