end payroll reporting and reconciliations Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and provide ad hoc support as required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll administration Strong working knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements across multiple provinces Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation from the National Payroll Institute (required or actively in progress) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and payroll/HRIS systems Bilingual (French) considered a definite asset Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Excellent organizational and time
