About the job
As a Barista, you’ll create memorable experiences for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted coffee and signature iced drinks. You’ll be in an energetic retail space with our parent company Stratis Insurance Agency, where you’ll have the ability to master your craft while having fun doing it.
What will your day look like?

6+ months of FOH (front of house) experience ideally with coffee and specialty drinks.

Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation
This position pays between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour + tips. Your hourly rate will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience while considering internal equity.
